Malteaser cake !

This is one of the cakes I made, it was a chocolate cake smothered in ganache ! Then had malteasers circled around the outside, hands down best but most sickening cake I've ever made !

Ice cream cupcakes

Ice cream cupcakes ! I baked the batter inside the cone, let it cool then piped a buttercream on top to give it a soft serve effect. Kiddies loved it ! Great idea for parties !
